That proposition will be tested on Saturday, March 14, when a lively bunch of musicians frqm Charlottesville comes here to play for Rappahannock County’s firstever St. Patrick's Day celebration, which will feature a parade in the Town of Washington, an Irish luncheon and a music program.
The event is sponsored by the Rappahannock County Lions Club as a fund-raiser for its community service projects in the county.
