KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council and Planning Commission of the Town of Washington, Virginia will hold a joint public hearing on the 11th day of March, 2009. beginning at 7:30 p m. at the Town Hall of Washington, Virginia to consider the adoption of an ordinance which provides, by way of summary, for the creation of a central sewer service district in accordance with the provisions of Section 15 2-2400 through 2413 of the Virginia Code for a portion of the Town of Washington which generally includes Mt, Salem Ave.. Gay Street, portions of Main Street, portions of Route 211..portions of Harris Hollow Road, as is more completely and accurately shown on a map of such proposed district on file with the ordinance as set forth below The name of the sewer service district shall be the “Town of Washington Sewer Service District"; the purpose of the district is to provide centralized
