I might mention that, if he wants his calves vac-' cinated at State expense, will enter one of these agreements and just keep on doing what he is already doing. If he is already vaccinating then he keeps on doing what he has been doing, except we assume all the cost of the vaccination instead of just part of it. We do not however test his herd because it is clean and he knows it is.
