Proves Success
The play “Here Comes Charlie” given by the Parent-Teachers Association of Criglersville, in the Sperryville auditorium on Saturday evening, April 22, proved to be very enjoyable. The proceeds of this performance were to help buy chairs for the Sunday school room of the Reynolds Memorial Baptist church.
Jr. 4-H Club Meeting
the Junior 4-H club met Thursday, April 20, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting was called to order by Maigy Dodson, the president. The group divided for project work, and the girls filled out project papers. Plans were made for the party, which was held on Wednesday evening, April 26.
Mrs. Schober Returns
Mrs. Joseph Schober has returned to her duties as manager of the S.H.S. lunchroom, after a week’s absence in Chicago, where she attended the funeral of her father-in-law.
“The Enchanted Forest”
Chosen Best Picture
“The Enchanted Forest” was declared by most of the pupils to be the best movie shown in the S.H.S. auditorium this session. We are sorry that it was last of the six scheduled for this school year.
