In the Men’s division, a total of the thirteen teams were vieing for the R. Paul Smith Trophy. The teams finished in this order: Winchester, Cumberland, Hagerstown General Office, L u r a y, Frostburg, Hagerstown District, Frederick, Waynesboro, Martinsburg, Keyser, Charles Town, Tanevtown, and Berkeley Springs.
Final standings of the Women’s Tournament are as follows: Hagerstown General Office, Frederick General Office, Winchester-Luray, Cumberland, Frederick District Office, Charles Town-Martinsburg, and Hagerstown District Office.
