The neighboring : county of Mad.son is covering itself with glory with its baseball team. They defeated the Crozet A.C. in the opening game Sunday and will meet the Orange Ramblers in a contest tonight, under lights, at Culpeper. There has been some speculation about a Rappahannock county team. So far little information can be gathered as to how the teanl—if it has gone as far as organization—is shaping up. The county in its day has seen some top-notch baseball players, and a team drawn from the entire county, all sections, should be a credit to Rappahannock.
