Mrs. Mary Ann Clowe of Washington, D. €., was a week-end guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor.

Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Carder returned to their home in Fredericksburg Monday after "several days visit with Misses Lillie and Nellie Johnson.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Shober have returned from Chicago, where they were called by the death of the former’s father Mr. Shober.

Mrs. Emma Coppage and sons, Broxton and Eugene Coppage, Mrs. Regina Day and Mrs. J. F. Moore, of Richmond, were weekend guests of Capt. and Mrs. J. P. Cook at Flint Hill, they also at. tended the wedding of Miss Evelyn Cook and Maurice Walker, held in the Flint Hill Methodist church Sunday afternoon.

William Stuart, of Berwyn, Md., spent the week end at the home of his mother, Mrs. W. M. Stuart.

Woodville and Mt. Lebanon churches are sponsoring a “Womanless Wedding’’ for the parsonage fund on Friday night, at 8 o’clock at Mt. Lebanon. A good attendance will be appreciated.

Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Weaver, children Shirley and Johnny of Washington were dinner guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. George Butler.
