Richard Worthington, who on August X became State Highway Department resident engineer at Warrenton, in charge of road work in Prince William, Fauquier, and Rappahannock counties. He relieved J. E. Johnson, who becomes acting district engineer at Salem.

Plaque by 'Rocket Teams

D. C. Link, coach of hte Rock* et basketball teams was presented a plaque Thursday, July 27, by Gibson Wharton, manager of the Rappahannock Roekets basketball teams.

This presentation was made to : Mr. Link in appreciation of the able and willing assistance given the girls' and boys' teams during the past two years, in which he served as coach of the Rockets, who won many victories under his leadership.

Mr. Link, who served as principal of the Washington High School for the past eight years, assumed his new duties July 1, as supervising 'principal at BrentsviUe District High School at Nokesville.
