Names of the five winners from local community contest will he placed in a bowl at the annual Southern States Cooperative Stockholders’ meeting in Richmond November 9 and 10, 1950. Six delegates, one from each state in Southern States territory, will draw from this bowl the names of 10 persons who will be awarded in the order of drawing the 10 master prize* in the contest. Any person whose name is drawn at the annual stockholders’ meeting does pot have to be present at that meeting to be eligible for one of the master prizes, but must be represented there by an official delegate of his local board to be eligible in case bis name is drawn.
