EXTRACT from a decree of the Circuit Court of uid County entered in the above entitled cause on the 30th day of June, 1950:

On consideration whereof, the court doth adjudge, order and decree that this cause be, and it hereby is, referred to James M: Settle, a Commissioner in Chancery of this Court, to take, state and forthwith report an account

showing the following:

(1) Whether all necessary parties are properly before the court in this cause.

(2) What real estate was demised to the parties to this suit by W. G. Wood, deceased, and the fee simple and annual value thereof.

(3) What are the respective interests of the said parties in the said real estate and whether or not any persons other than the parties to this suit own any interest in the said real estate.

(4) The taxes due on the said real estate, the liens against the said real estate and their priorities.

(5) Whether or not the interest of the complainant would be promoted by a sale of the property and whether or not the rights of any other person would be violated thereby.

(6) Whether or not the interests of the infant remaindermen would be promoted by~ a sale of the said property.

(7) Whether or not the complainant has a right to have a sale of the said property, to have her life interest commuted and paid to her in a gross sum in cash, and to have the residue of the purchase mioney invested and held on the terms and conditions set forth in the said will, under the provisions of Sections 8-703.1 and 8-703.2 of the Code of Virginia.

Whether or not the amount due to the said parties under clause (12) of the will of the said W. G. Wood, deceased, should be commuted and paid to the complainants in a gross sum in cash and the balance invested and held in accordance with the terms of the Mid will.

(10) Any other matters which may be deemed pertinent by the Commissioner or required to be stated by any party in interest.

The said Commissioner in Chancery shall give notice of the time and place for the execution of this decree by publication thereof once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappananhock NewS^a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia, which publication shall be equivalent to per. sonal notice to all parties in interest.
