BRIDGE CLUB ENTERTAINED BY MR. AND MRS. L. J. KILBY
Saturday evening Mr. and Mrs. Lucio Kilby entertained at bridge at their heme near Sperryville. Those playing were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Estes, Mr. and Mrs. Irwin R. Kilby, Mr. and Mrs. P. Lee Thornton, Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. C. H. H. Branch, and Mrs. Z. H. Sealock. The prise to the lady who made the highest score was awarded to Mrs. Charles Estes. The men’s high score prise went to E. M. Jones, and R. E. .Wood won the pftse for next highest.
A salad course was served by the hostess. BRIDGE PARTY AT “HARRIS HOLLOW FARM”
' Mrs. John R. DeBergh was hostess to the bridge club at “Harris Hollow Farm” Wednesday evening.
Mrs. John L. Wirts won the high score price for the ladies, and Mrs. H. C. Warwick the second highest one. William F. Moffett, Jr:, was awarded the high score prise for the men and A. M. Hickman received the ascend highest prize.
Those playing were Capt. and Mrs. H. C. Warwick. Mr. and Mrs, John L. Wirts, Mr. and Mrs. John R. DeBergh, Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones, Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Hickman, and Mrs. Maude Gore.
