Mrs. Hallie L. Jackson, daughter of Mrs, Charles G. Lawrence and the late Mr. Lawrence of Amissville, was presented an Outstanding Performance Appraisal for Major General Rush B. Lincoln, Jr., U.S. Army Chief of Transportation.
Mrs. Jackson, a Supply Distribution Officer for Rotary Wing Aircraft, was cited for outstanding work in connection with the transition from first to second generation aircraft during the Berlin Crisis. “Her performance under these condition was most commendable and reflected favorably upon the Office Chief of Transportation,’* the citation states.
Mrs. Jackson is a graduate of Washington High School, Washington, Va., and entered Government service in 1950.
