Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Robert F. Shrader and Nova M. Shrader, husband and wife, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, dated April 19, 1961, and recorded May 1, 1961, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 74, Page 212, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holders thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holders to be due and payable)^the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holders of the said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders at the front door of the Court House, in Washington, Virginia, on Friday, October 26, 1962, at 10:00 A.M. (EST), the following property, to-wit:
