“TRACT ‘A’: ‘Beginning at the southwest corner of the tract being surveyed (which is the northwest corner of the ‘Putnam Land’), a point in Route 611 marked by an iron driven beside a corner fence post on the east side of said soad and running along the middle of the road N 16 W 300 ft. to a point in the middle of the road marked by an iron driven on the east side of the road, a corner to Tract ‘B’; thence, with Tract ‘B’, N 77% E 780 ft. to an iron driven in a line of another tract of land owned by Cannon and Hoyle; thence, with said land of Cannon and Hoyle, S 2% E 306 ft. to an iron driven at the northeast corner of the ‘Putnam Land*; thdhce with said ‘Putnam Land’, S 77Vi W 707 ft. to the beginning and containing Five and Twelve One-Hundredths (6.12) Acres.’

“Tract ‘B’: ‘Beginning at the southwest corner of the tract being surveyed (which is the northwest corner of Tract ‘A’) a point in Route 611 marked by an iron driven on the east side of said road and running, with said Tract ‘A’, N 77% E 780 ft. to an iron at the northeast corner of Tract ‘A’; thence, with other land of Cannon and Hoyle, N 2% 330 ft. to .an iron at the southeast corner of Tract ‘C; thence, with Tract '€’, S 77% W 860 ft. to a point in Route 6Xli thence, along the middle of Route 611, 616 E 326 ft. to the beginning and continuing Six and Eleven OneHundredths (6.11) Acres.”

These are the same and identical tracts of land acquired by Robert F. Shrader and Nova M. Shrader, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties With right of survivorship as at common law, by deed from Ray T. Cannon, et al., dated April 19, 1961, and recorded May 1, 1961, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office, in Deed Book 74, at page 108. «
