At an awards assembly held last week at Rappahannock County High School, Wayne Deal received two awards in basketball; one for the most free throws and the other the sportsmanship award given by the Rappahannock Lions Club. Bobby Settle, left, was awarded the trophy for the most valuable player in basketball. In the center is George Patterson athletic coach at RCHS. The baseball and basketball teams were honored last Wednesday with a banquet at Panorama.
