Editor The Rappahannock News

Dear Editor:

In a recent publication of your paper’s proposed budget for Rappahannock County for Fiscal Year 1970, it was noted that the amount carried under Miscellaneous was more than $37,000. This represents more than one-third of the General Fund expenditure. Would it be possible for your paper to obtain and publish a more specific outline of the expenditure of this money?

In addition, since more than 30% of the proposed welfare funds goes for Administrative expenses, would it be possible for you to print a detailed account of the items included in the Administrative expenses?

Yours truly,

Miscellaneous Tax Payer
