The Woodville Home Demonstration Club met Tuesday evening at the home of Mrs. Amos Butler. The topic discussed was Shopping Sense and Nonsense. Mrs. Gale Titchenell, Mrs. Edward Brown and Mrs. H. B. Wood were the representatives of the club who helped serve refreshments at the reception following the Baccalaureate Sermon at Rappahannock County High School on Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson were in Culpeper Monday evening to attend the AARP picnic.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Haxton of Boyd, Md. spent Friday and Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Chester Wayland. Guests of the Waylands on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Burke and son Jerry and Mr. and Mrs. John L. Leake of Culpeper.
