David J. Poe has been assigned as District Conservationist for the counties of Rappahannock and Culpeper. He graduated from West Virginia University, is married and has three children. He served with the 82nd Airborne Division in the U. S. Army.

Mr. Poe is anxious to meet the people in Rappahannock County and welcomes the public to stop in to get acquainted. Anyone with conservation or land use problems is invited to call the Soil Conservation Service office, Telephone No. 825-8591 or at his home, Telephone No. 948-3487.
