Mrs. T.C, Barron was an overnight visitor Tuesday of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Latham in Fredericksburg. Mr. and Mrs. F.L. Bowey spent from Friday until Sunday in Altoona, Pa. as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Poplin. Tuesday Mrs. Bowey was a luncheon guest of Mr. and Mrs. C.T. McDonald in Arlington and in the evening attended a meeting of the Fairfax Grange.
Luncheon guests today of Mrs. A.C. Latham will be Mrs. Walter Robinson and daughter Melissa of Warrenton and Mrs. Peggy Bowen.
The Rev. and Mrs. Louis Broughman of Martinsburg, W. Va. were in the community Memorial Day and attended the Forest Grove supper.
Mrs. Richard Pierson, a patient in Fauquier Hospital with injuries sustained in an auto accident, is improving satisfactorily.
Visitors for several days recently of Mr. and Mrs. George Kidwell were Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth E. Swink and children of Columbia, S. C. Their guests on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Emery J. Swink and daughter, Sandra Kay of Rockville, Maryland. The Mr. Swinks are brothers of Mrs. Kidwell.
