Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Bruce and son, Manley Bruce, Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Estes of Sperryville and their house guests, Mrs. H. B. Dodson were Mrs. Pearl Bentley of North Wilksboro, N. C. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Bruce’s dinner guests Wednesday night were Mrs. B. M. Miller, Mrs. George Singleton, Mr. and Mrs. A. Lorton Blankenbaker and son, Jack of Haywood. Mr. and Mrs. William A. Little of Richmond and Mr. and Mrs. Wade Henderson of Rockville, Md. were weekend guests of Mrs. Jesse Ward at Echo Hill Farm.
Mrs. T. C. Lea is spending some time at the home of her I son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and iMrs. John Cargill and family in Bedford. Mr. Cargill underwent surgery this week following a leg injury.
