Ray T. Cannon of Castleton, Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-2-38 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The above named applicant desires to erect and maintain a sign on premises located on Hwy No. 211 at Amissville, Va., formerly known at Mt. View Restaurant, located in Jackson Magisterial District. A hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on November 24. 1970, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
