Public Invited To Unusual Art Show
A unique experience awaits citizens at the Madison County High School auditorium on November 15, 16, and 17 at 7:30 p.m. when Mr. Bill Leach, an artist formerly with 20th Century Fox Studios, will use special sound and light effects in a program of religiously centered drawings. His works will come to life before the audience’s eyes as he combines his sketches with remotely controlled sound.
Mr. Leach now devotes his full time and talents to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He has performed on national television, and in such places as the Shrine Auditorium in Detroit and the Kansas City Music Hall. He is a frequent visitor to FCA summer conferences throughout the nation. Mr. Leach has appeared in the Charlottesville area previously, and his performances were proclaimed as “uplifting, thrilling” experiences. His program is constantly improving to thrill young and old as it has for the past 23 years.
The nightly programs sponsored by the Madison County FCA will each center on a different theme. Local members of the FCA and other religious and civic organizations will serve as masters of ceremonies.
There is no admission charge. A free will offering will be received.
