Herbert Foster
won’t run again
Herbert Foster, Rappahannock County Supervisor from Wakefield District, will not be a candidate for re-election. Foster has been a Supervisor for 28 years, and feels it is time for him to step down, he said. Though he will no longer serve as an elected county official, Foster said, he hopes to continue to work for the betterment of Rappahannock County.□

Worship services will be held at Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, Sperryville, Sunday, August 17 at 11 a.m. Dr. W.L. Howse in, who is the director of the new Hurt Gerontological Center of Virginia Baptist Homes in Culpeper will be the guest speaker. The Center is involved in the study of aging. □
