Elizabeth Haskell wondered how many people could be expected to use the recreation area on an average day. “Never more than 20 per cent at one time,” Weil said, adding “on a good ski weekend it would be different.”
“There are so many things that bother me about this being private,” June Jordan said. She asked Weil if he really thought people would pay $5,000 for the right to park a camper trailer for a few days at a time on a site with no trees.
