Nethers
Mrs. Alma Laura Riley Nethers, 52, of Amissville died Tuesday, August 12, 1975 in Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton. She was a native of Amissville, the daughter of the late Keith G. and Mary George Poe Riley. She had been employed with the U.S. Post Office for over thirty years and had been Postmaster at Amissville for a number of years-. She was a member of Amissville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Clifton J. Nethers; a brother, Stanish Riley of Amissville; four sisters, Misses Garland, Marion and Lucilles Riley, all of Amissville and Mrs. Gladys McDaniel of Annandale.
A graveside service will beheld Friday at 1 p.m. at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton conducted by the Rev. Joseph Stirman.
