Remember—conservation work started before a written request is filed in the county ASCS office will be ineligible for cost-sharing assistance.”

Trail ride
Fanning Baumgardner will lead a trail ride Sunday, August 17, at 4:30 p.m. from Old Hollow and into the Shenandoah National Park. Take Route 211 towards Sperryville and turn right at the Arco Station onto Route 612. Continue until Route 600 bears off to the right and follow Route 600. Park trailers at intersection of Routes 600 and 653. A negative Coggins test is required by law for all of these rides.□
