Man charged with
having marijuana
Richard David Barr of Amissville was arrested on a warrant July 15 for driving on a revoked license. At the time of his arrest by Deputy Martin Orfila, he was in possession of five and a quarter pounds of a controlled drug, marijuana. He was arrested and charged with the drug offense and is being i held on $10,000 bond.
A Rixeyville man was cited for auto larceny Monday in Rappahannock after he picked up a car for junk without the consent of the owner. James Franklin Menefee, the offender, was arrested by Deputy R. D. Hawkins. □
