DOG BISCUITS

3 1/2 c. unbleached flour 2 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. rye flour 1 c. corn meal 2 c. bulge r wheat

1/2 c. nonfat dry milk

4 tsp. salt

1 this, dry yeast

1 pt. chicken stock

1 egg

1 tbls. milk Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c. water, mix with chicken stock and pour in dry ingredients. Knead for 3 min., working into stiff dough. Roll out dough into 1/4” thick and cut with cookie cutters. Brush with egg and water on cookie sheet, 300 degrees for 45 min., then leave in the oven, turned off for a whileeven overnight, the only problem is they are so tasty, the master might eat them before the pets.
