Steider
appointed
Merlin R. Steider has been appointed Clinic Director for Rappahannock-Rapidan Mental Health Center’s Culpeper Clinic effective July 19, 1976.
Mr. Steider holds a Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University and is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. Prior to coming to Culpeper Mental Health Clinic, he was employed as Director of Staff Development at Peninsula Family Service and Travelers Aid, Inc. in Hampton, Virginia. In addition to several other positions, Mr. Steider served as Cdordinator of a branch of the Comprehensive Mental Health Center of Meadville, Pennsylvania. He brings with him considerable experience in individual, group, family, and marital therapy.
Other members of Culpeper Clinic staff include a psychiatrist, psychologist, and social worker.
The Clinic is located at 110 N. East Street, Culpeper, Virginia. A new facility is scheduled to go under construction this year adjacent to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. □
