The Chester Gap Baptist Mission will hold Bible School from Monday, August 2 through Friday, the 6th, from 6:30 until 9 p.m., each evening. The annual church picnic will be held Saturday, July 31, on the Methodist campgrounds at Boston, Va. Those desiring to go are asked to meet at the church in time to leave at 9 a.m.
Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Rawlings had their grandson, Tommy Rawlings of Frederick, Md., as their guest last week. Mr. and Mrs. James Gladwin and Jennifer, of Charlottesville spent Sunday with the Rawlings.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Longmire, Jr. and infant son, James Michael and Billy Longmire, all of Woodbridge, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Longmire during the weekend.
