James B. Hutt Jr., American Party candidate for Congress in the Seventh District, said that when Democratic Vice-Presidential candidate Walter Mondale recently signed the “Declaration of INTER-dependence,” a promotion of the World Affairs Council, it rendered him “unfit for the office of Vice-President, since this document calls for the United States to surrender its sovereignty to an international body, such as the United Nations.”
