IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Jean A. Shea and the Fairfax County National Bank, Co-Executors of the Estate of Nicholas H. Shea, Deceased, and of the debts and demands against Us estate has been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the Fairfax County National Bank and Jean A. Shea, Co-Executors,
IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 11th day of August, 1976, before this Honorable Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Nicholas H. Shea, Deceased, to the legatees without requiring refunding bonds.
