Marriage
Mabel Hawkins Burke of Woodville and James P. Leake of Sperryville were married Tuesday, August 2, 1977 in Rockville, Md. After a trip to Virginia Beach Mr. and Mrs. Leake will reside in Woodville.
Mrs. Leake is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Hawkins of Washington. Mrs. Mamie Leake of Castleton is the mother of the bri legroom.
Reunion
The family of the late Alfred S. and Catherine Gearing Jenkins will gather for the 17th reunion of the clan on Sunday, August 14 at the Rappahannock Recreation Center in Washington. All descendants, friends and relatives are invited to bring a picnic basket and join the group.
