The Board also reaffirmed, support for the Sheriff Department’s current law enforcement practices. "The community wants the Sheriff and his deputies out policing homes and businesses," said Luke. At the same time, the Supervisor Chairman asked that citizens observing any "blatant mileage abuses” contact either Sheriff Buntin or a member of the Board of Supervisors.
