everynight in Gettysburg, where they toured the Battlefield and the Wax Museum; in the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania; Watkins Glen, N. Y.; in Darlington Provencial Park on the shores of Lake Ontario; and finally at Sherando Valley State Park in New York.
In addition stops were made at the Corning Glass Works in Corning New York and at the chocolate factory in Hershey, Pa.
While at the Falls, they were offered the hospitality of the First Presbyterian Church, where they were able to sleep in the Sunday school rooms and use the kitchen to prepare meals. The church was close enough to walk to the Falls and was an excellent location. In preparation for the trip each member had written to one of the camps or stops for information and each member had a job to do during the trip. Danny Sims kept the books, Cheryll Lancaster kept a journal, Carolyn and Paula Butler were the food shoppers, Earl Jewell was navigator, Mark Caliandro and Craig Lancaster were in charge of equipment, and Lou Ellen Thornhill was tour guide.

The Cub Scout Olympics will be held at RandolphMacon Academy on Saturday, August 13, from 9:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. All Cubs and Webelos should contact their respective den leaders to make arrangements for attending. Please wear uniforms if possible.
