Edison has proposed certain amendments to its fuel and adjustment clause. The amended fuel clause has been filed with the Company's application, and the Company's prefiled testimony and exhibits are expected to contain evidence intended to show that the amended clause complies with the Commission's* new fuel clause rules. in compliance with Virginia law, October 5, 1977, beginning at 2:00 p.m., is set aside for the special purpose of receiving evidence on the proposed changes in the Company's fuel adjustment clause.
