A performing arts holiday was held in Fauquier County from July 21-23 for members of the 4-H Northern District. Thirty-one senior 4-H members attended the event at Cedar Lee Junior High at Bealeton. Dee Dee Grant, the daughter of Mrs. Charles Eldred of Washington, represented Rappahannock County:
The weekend learning experience was coordinated by Mrs. Bernice Pearson and a musical group, The Young Dominions, which she directs. Necessary arrangements for housing the youth were made by Home Agent, Mrs. Llewellyn Allison.
