The object of this suit is to partition title in the land containing 21 acres and 93 poles, more or less, conveyed to Sarah Roberts for life by deed dated April 14, 1876, and recorded in Deed Book O, page 150, of the Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Wakefield District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, as more fully recited in the Bill of Complaint
And the Bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names are unknown and makinq them parties defen dant by the general description of parties unknown, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.
It is ordered that the said Man da Roberts, Jane Roberts, a k a Jane Roberts Robinson, William Roberts, Adah Roberts, Richard Roberts, Emma Roberts, a k a Emma Roberts Heath, and Robert Roberts, if living, or if any one of them be dead their widows or widowers and heirs, devisees and successors in title whose names and ad dresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, AND any other unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, and or any unknown parties having an interest in land containing 21 acres and 93 poles, more or less, conveyed to Sarah Roberts for life by deed dated April 14, 1876, and recorded in Deed Book O, page 150, of the Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, whose names and addresses are unknown and are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear and do what is necessary to protect their interests on or before October 13, 1978
It is further ordered that within ten days after entry of this Order of Publication as follows 1) That a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS: 2) that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and 3) that a copy hereof be mailed to each ot the said detendants to the post office addressee given in the affidavit, and certificate of
