The permittee treats sewage conveyed to the treatment facilities.
The proposed amendments consist of changing the permit to reflect that the lagoon is capable of meeting the new limits set for lagoons. The suspended solids limit will be increased from 30 to 78 mg/I and BOD will stay the same at 30 mg/I. PROCEDURES FOR THE FORMULATION
OF FINAL DETERMINATION
Persons may comment in writing to the Board on the proposed reissuance to the permit within 30 days from the date of this notice. Comments shall include the name, address, and telephone number of the writer, and shall contain a complete, concise statement of the factual basis for the comments. Comments shall be referenced to specific amendments. Only those comments received within this period will be considered by the Board. The Board may, upon request upon its own motion, decide to hold a public hearing if it determines that public response is significant.
