A reception followed in the church parish hall. The bride’s mother wore a long green and beige floral print gown and a yellow chrysanthemum corsage. Mrs. Huff chose a formal blue gown with accordian pleated skirt and cape sleeves. Her corsage was white chrysanthemums.
Mrs. Beverly Carder Koontz of Brandy Station was in charge of the guest book. Serving the tiered wedding cake were Mrs. Mauri Raney Payne, who made it. and Mrs. William L. Payne, Sr., both of Amissville.
Punch and coffee were served by Mrs. Howard B. Peck and Mrs. James Powell, both of Herndon and Mrs. John Peck of Spotsylvania. Mrs. W. Herman Kephart of Herndon was mistress of, ceremonies. All are aunts of the bride. Mrs. R. A. Baines of Ben Venue assisted with the reception.
After a trip to St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, the couple will make their home in Herndon. Mrs. Huff attends Northern Virginia Community College and is also employed there. Mr. Huff is an electrician employed with the County of Fairfax.
