Frazee, Jr., a VicePresident and General Manager of Centel will join Edward Ragland, the state's highest ranking black housing official, in receiving tribute from the Caucus for service to the community.
The Virginia State College Choir will provide musical entertainment before, during and after the program. They will be joined by the quartet of Wilford "88 Keys" Wilson in performing at the public reception that will follow the "Meet the Candidates" forum.
