Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Ford Simpson of Falmouth announce the engagement of their daughter. Pamela Ann, to Richard Randolph DeBergh, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Van Lowen DeBergh of Front Royal.
Miss Simpson is a graduate of the Richmond Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and. at present, is employed as a registered nurse at that hospital.
Mr. DeBergh graduated from James Madison University and is an employee of Haas Securities, Inc., in New York City.
A December wedding is planned.
