The National PTA has released the results of its second monitoring of primetime TV programs along with a new TV Program Review Guide incorporating the PTA ratings.
PTA monitors evaluated prime-time TV programs last spring for quality of life, offensive content (gratuitous violence, sex, stereotyping), language (grammar and obscenity), and program qualities (writing, acting and direction, and technical aspects).
