Waldorf Salad Mrs. Charles Priest Amissville Club 2. cups diced unpeeled apples I cup chopped celery '/j cup broken nuts '/j cup raisins Vi teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Combine ingredients and chill throughly. If prepared in advance squeeze juice of one half lemon over apples to keep their color light. Apple Crunch Edna Kidwell Amissville Club ^ 'A cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons flour % teaspoon nutmeg '/• teaspoon salt '/i teaspoon cinnamon 5 cups slices apples (thinly sliced) Mix all this together and put into 8x8 greased pan. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 2 cups Granola (Nature Valley) 2 tablespoons flour ‘/j cup brown sugar One-third cup margarine (softened) Mix all this together.
