THE RAPP AH ANNOCK SCHOOL BOARD faced a full house at its November 21 meeting. Approximately 60 parents, teachers and interested citizens packed the elementary school library at the beginning of the 7:30 session but only a handful stayed through to adjumment at half past midnight. Lengthy meetings and debates that have threatened to erupt into shouting matches prompted chairman Beverly Maasie to adopt measures that will differentiate between regular meetings and public hearings. Beginning at the November 21 meeting, comments from the floor will be restricted to the period set aside for public presentations with questions allowed at the close of the session, if time allows.
