In other action, the Board:
—approved extending liability coverage for School Board members under a Farm Bureau policy that gives SI00,000 coverage per case for yearly premiums of S350. —authorized Superintendent William Bloomer to contact the telephone company regarding possible liability for the malfunction in the flashing school zone speed limit signs in front of the high school and to secure estimates on repairing the lights. (The Virginia Department of Highways has allowed the Rappahannock Board until December 22 to either repair the lights or pay for their removal.) —approved repairs to the hign school heating system estimated at S908 and authorized participa*ion in a maintenance program covering labor and parts that will cost $1,000 per year.
