TrtE SEASON S FIRST SNOW blanketed secondary roads in the county on Monday turning Rappahannock into a winter scene from Currier and Ives. The Highway Department worked overtime to get streets cleared, their efforts complicated by the weight of the wet snow that sent branches and whole trees crashing down onto road ways.
