The Northwestern Virginia Health Systems Agency (NWVHSA), Incorporated will hold a series of public hearings on the proposed Grant Application for HSA-1 of Virginia to be submitted to DHEW. The hearings will be held at 7:30 p.m. (or as noted below, if otherwise) on December 14, 1978 in the following locations: P. D. 6: Blue Ridge Com munity College, Room D-102, Weyers Cave, Va. P. D. 7: Lord Fairfax Community College, Room 12 and 12 A, Middleton, Va. P. D. 9: (7:00 p.m.) Culpeper County Court House, Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court Room, 2nd Floor, Culpeper, Va. P D. 10: City Hall, Council Chambers, Charlottesville, Va. P. D. 16: General District Court Room, Fredericksburg, Va. A copy of the proposed Grant Application has been placed in each of the following locations in order that Interested persons may consult the proposed plan in advance of the hearings: |P.
