In a split vote, the Rappahannock School Board approved the capital outlay portion of the 1979-80 school budget as recommended by superintendent William Bloomer.
With a total of $74,715, the item includes $8,000 for underground gasoline storage tanks at the new school bus garage, $6,000 for site preparation for the garage, $7,300 for track equipment and $53,415 for three trailers with furniture to be located at the high school.
