I wish to announce to the People of Rappahannock my intentions to become a candidate for Commissioner of The Revenue in the ' forthcoming election. This is my eighth year as deputy and if I am elected to the office of commissioner I shall do my utmost to fulfill the responsibilities of this position and to serve the people of this county to the very best of my ability.
